DISASTERP Executive Team

Michael Nadon

Michael has been responsible for business analysis, customer relationship management, sales, and customer service for many Restoration and Insurance Companies over the years. He is President of Elite IdeaWorks Inc (Canada/USA) since 1989, growing and consulting companies through analysis, training, strategy planning, and implementation.

In 2001, Michael joined Assured Software and held the position of C.O.O and Co-Owner. He drove the growth and sales of this company to over 1,200 customers at its height.

Michael has extensive experience and knowledge with restoration companies and is very well versed in the industry and how it works. He has implemented and developed many systems and is now focused on what he believes is the missing piece in the industry, local commercial DISASTERP business.

Branden Nadon

Branden entered the Restoration Industry in 2005. As the Director of Training and Development for a large national network, he coordinated large training events for groups of restoration companies.

Throughout his career, Branden has directed many technical, management, and design projects to ensure maximum results were achieved, specializing in successful end user implementation.

He attended BCIT for advanced management and sales classes and is a member of the CPSA (Canadian Professional Sales Association). Branden has been working with DISASTERP since its inception and has been involved with many aspects of other systems and industry software. He is presently Vice President of Elite IdeaWorks, Inc and has been onsite to many restoration companies across North America.



Matt Kouwenhoven

Matt joined the ERP Team in January, 2013 and is the head Customer support and account management. Since then, he has taken on many roles working within the team. These roles allowed him to work with hundreds of companies and contractors to educate and implement systems for their daily use. Today, he primarily focuses on training, support and account management for the Commercial Network Members for all software and apps related to the commercial program. Matt is focused on your success, as he understands that your success is our success.

Mike Turner

Mike began his insurance career in 1989 with Cunningham Lindsay where he assisted in the development of their first generation computer system. He went on to manage an office for both Cunningham and Underwriter's Adjustment Bureau.

In 2001 Mike founded Assured Software, which at its height had over 1,250 customers. After leaving Assured Software, Mike founded Promatic Software in order to focus development on Cloud-based products.

Mike is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Social Organizations and Human Relations. Prior to this, Mike graduated from Mohawk College School of Insurance Administration.




Chad Smith

After completing his degree at BCIT, Chad began his technology career at the Head Office of Western Star Trucks. He quickly became the only administrator of a Legacy Mainframe system that provided day-to-day operations software for the 3000 users throughout their North American and Australian Dealerships.

After Western Star, Chad started Assured Software, which at its height had over 1,250 customers. Chad managed all of the IT and performed onsite training for hundreds of clients all over the world.

Taking that invaluable experience with him, Chad since has started multiple Cloud-based programs, including Real Life for personal trainers and Promatic for office professionals.

Robert Morton

Robert has extensive knowledge in marketing & business development within the insurance and restoration industries. Since 1985, he has worked as a staff adjuster along with several independent adjusting firms, as well as managing a restoration company for 5 years and working as an account manager and sales representative for Assured Software Limited, a software company which had over 1,250 restoration and insurance customers.
